*We all know that most of the swirl marks found on your car is due to improper washing and that the grit guard greatly reduces the chances of inflicting swirls during washing by separating the grit from the mitt.
*Right now, with the new Washboard, Wingman to the Grit Guard Insert. Even more grit, dust and other particles can be dislodged from your mitt! With the newly elevated design, the washboard provides a more ergonomic design allowing the wash medium to be scrubbed all the way from the top to the bottom. By scrubbing the wash medium MORE over the Grit Guard + Washboard, more particles can be dislodged and trapped at the bottom of the pail and not being transferred back to the paint which potentially causes wash marring/swirls.
