GREASE TRAP DOSING PUMP

*Drain systems are used primarily for grease trap maintenance but are suitable for many applications where intermittent timed dosing operations are need. The drain systems automatically meter exact amounts of chemical anytime of the day or night as desired, without waste.
SPOTLIGHT :
- Digital interface with 4 digits 7 segments display and 2 keys providing clear visibility in any lighting condition.
- IP 65 Protection degree.
- Turn-key and pre-cabled system, ready to be connected, with no need to open and connect inside the system, reducing installation time.
- Brushed DC Motors featuring Transaxle technology permitting an extended motor life.
- Switch with 3 position, ON, Priming, Stand By.
- Possibility to set a Password in order to protect the programming.
- Possibility to set dosage start at selected intervals (max 1 per hour) for a predetermined time.
- Suitable for Grease traps, waste processing or water treatment.
FUNCTIONS & FEATURES :
- Very water resistant with a high degree of protection offered by the IP 65 Protection degree enclosure.
- Reduced inventory stock thanks to its switching (multi-voltage) power supply from 100-240 Vac.
- High chemical compatibility of the materials used : pump head in PP with fiber glass, roller in Polyoxymethilene, squeegee tube 6 x 10 in Santoprene (others upon Request) and fittings for external tube 4 x 6 mm in PP.
- Possibility to set dosage start ad selected intervals max 1 per hour for a predetermind time.
- Designed to operate in the worst conditions with its extended conductivity range 200μS to 10mS
- Installation kit and accessories are included. Installation kit with wall bracket and fixing screws. PVC suction and delivery tube, FPM Lip seal check valve, Suction filter with ceramic weight.
