Q1 : Where the products manufactured / originated from?
A : Our quality products are both manufactured locally and oversea countries. We source our overseas products from neighbouring Asian countries (such as China and Hong Kong) and also from the western countries.
Q2 : Are the products always 'stock-ready'?
A : Being a long establish household name, we understand the importance of stock management to efficiently service our customers. That is why we stock at a very reasonable amount of stock in order to prevent shortage. However, we would always appreciate if you can contact our office to have a accurate stock amount and to place your order.
Q3 : Do you have a showroom where the products are displayed?
A : Yes, you may find our location by refering to Find Us (with location map) to find our nearest showrooms / shops.
Q4 : What are your operating hours?
A : We open from Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 5.00pm and Saturdays 8.30am to 3.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Q5 : How to order the products?
A : You may follow the simple steps below to enable a simple ordering process;
  1. View and choose product from our catalogue / website.
  2. Call us (our office or any Sales Personal number) to check stock availability.
  3. Fax us the Purchase Order.
  4. We will issue Invoice / Invoices for your payment reference.
  5. Ordered products will be prepared upon payment made for Delivery / Self-Collect.
