*Hi powered foaming detergent for removing heavy grease from exhaust equipment, fryers and other surfaces. Use in combination with a tank foamer for accurate dilution and added detergency.

HOW TO USE : After spraying the targeted cleaning surface, let sit then scrub with a brush. Rinse thoroughly with running water.

DILUTION :
- FOR stove tops. Apply Degreaser G-2 onto surface with a spray bottle. After 5 to 10 minutes, scrub the surface with a brush and rinse with running water.
- FOR ventilation equipment. Apply Degreaser G-2 on a towel and wipe the hoods (inner and outer surface). Then wipe dry with a wet towel.
- FOR convection ovens. Apply product when the oven temperature is 50ºC to 60ºC for best cleaning effect. Spray directly onto cleaning surface with a spray bottle. After 5 to 10 minutes, scrub the cleaning surface with a brush and rinse with running water.
SPRAY BOTTLE DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS PRODUCT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE.
(PLEASE WEAR PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT SUCH AS GLOVES WHEN HANDLING DEGREASER G-2.  YOU SHOULD WEAR A PAIR OF GOGGLES WHEN CLEANING HIGH OR OVERHEAD SURFACES.)
